Lewis Tein, on behalf of Kathleen and William Golini, served real estate investor Brian Neiman with a lawsuit for the wrongful death of the Golini's son Christopher. Golini died from a drug-overdose while he was a guest at Neiman's Fort Lauderdale penthouse condo. The lawsuit alleges Neiman acted negligently by failing to timely seek help, failing to adquately inform the authorities that Golini had consumed drugs and alcohol, and obstructing the Fort Lauderdale Police Department's investigation of Golini's death. Neiman denies the allegations.
