Dina A. Keever has joined Lewis Tein, P.L. as Of Counsel. Ms. Keever was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Florida from 1996 to 2004 and an Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from 2004 to 2009. Prior to her career as a federal prosecutor, she clerked for Peter T. Fay on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and was Editor-in-Chief of the Florida State University Law Review. At Lewis Tein, Ms. Keever will be concentrating her practice on the defense of government investigations and prosecutions of securities, tax and white-collar-fraud cases in both civil and criminal proceedings.
