Jeffrey M. Forman

Jeffrey M. Forman focuses his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense, and gaming and amusement law. Mr. Forman represents clients on a wide range of matters before governmental and regulatory agencies.
Mr. Forman earned his law degree from the University of Miami, cum laude, and his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida. At the University of Miami, Mr. Forman was a member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board and served as an articles and comments editor for the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review. He also worked as a research assistant for Professor Bernard Pearlmutter.
While in law school, Mr. Forman served as a judicial extern for the Honorable R. Fred Lewis of the Florida Supreme Court, the Honorable Frank A. Shepherd of Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal, and the Honorable Jacqueline Hogan of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
