Complex Commercial Litigation and White-collar Criminal Defense

Olivia earned her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude, and a dual bachelor’s degree from Florida International University, cum laude. During law school, Olivia served as an Executive Editor for the University of Miami Law Review. She was awarded the Best Casenote in the law review’s writing competition and her student comment was chosen for publication by the school’s law review. Olivia was published by the ABA’s Criminal Justice magazine for her article on surveillance technology and the Fourth Amendment.

While in law school, Olivia gained state appellate and federal trial court experience while serving as a judicial intern for the Honorable Vance E. Salter of Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal and the Honorable Marcia G. Cooke of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Olivia also took part in the Federal Appellate Clinic where she prepared briefs for indigent defendants. She earned the Book Award for Business Associations and Legal Writing.


Olivia is admitted to practice in the State of Florida.
