Simon Ferro

Simon has spent the more than a decade litigating in state and federal Florida courts. During that time, he has represented individuals, financial institutions, insurance companies, foreign and domestic investors, lenders, and other businesses in an array of complex business and real estate disputes.

In court, Simon strives to win by having a keen understanding of the facts and the law that will be applied to those facts. Outside of court, Simon strives to deliver value by getting to know his clients personally, studying their businesses, and understanding their ultimate goals.
