Complex Commercial Litigation and White-collar Criminal Defense

Stephanie graduated summa cum laude  from the University of Miami School of Law in May 2010.  During law school, she served as an Articles and Comments Editor for the University of Miami Law Review and a Dean’s Fellow.  Stephanie received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in her torts, civil procedure, ethics, and international law courses, and completed the acclaimed Litigation Skills Program with honors.  She graduated Order of the Coif.  Following her first year of law school, Stephanie interned for the Honorable Peggy A. Quince, then–Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court.  Stephanie also advocated for clients in the local community through the University of Miami’s Children and Youth Law Clinic and Federal Appellate Advocacy Clinic.

 

Following law school, Stephanie served as a law clerk to the Honorable James Lawrence King of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.  She joined Lewis Tein in September 2011.  Her practice focuses on white collar criminal defense and complex commercial litigation, including work on a major multi-district litigation matter.

Stephanie is admitted to practice in the State of Florida. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
