Lewis Tein acts as counsel to court-appointed receiver Guy A. Lewis in the SEC hedge fund enforcement action, “KL Financial.” In that case, Lewis Tein has worked extensively with the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission to recover funds defrauded from KL Financial investors.
